Executive Assistant / Office ManagerLocation: Boca Raton, Florida (on-site position) - local candidates only pleaseCompensation: $65,000 to $75,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus and benefitsSummary for Executive Assistant / Office Manager:Established, expanding mental health & wellness practice seeks a professional to rely on and grow with. Selected individual will provide important administrative & organizational support to Executive(s) – including schedule management, coordination of meetings & travel, communications, preparing documents & presentations, maintaining overall office operations (procedures, budgets, security management, facility maintenance oversight, etc.).Qualifications for Executive Assistant / Office Manager:Relevant Executive Administrative Support and / or Office Management experience required Healthcare practice / office experience ideal Bachelors degree preferredHigh proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong communication, attention to detail, ability to maintain confident information, problem solving and adaptabilityAbility to take instruction and work independently as well
