I’m looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to help keep multiple fast-moving projects — and me — organised.This is a remote, part-time role with some flexibility around hours. It’s ideal for someone who loves bringing order to complexity, communicates well, and can handle a wide range of topics confidently.What you’ll doManage and prioritise my inbox and calendar — filter, schedule, and follow up.Keep projects and priorities organised using simple systems or AI tools that make it easy for others to step in if needed.Conduct research and summarise findings clearly across very different subjects'Draft and respond to emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls.Keep files, notes, and documents structured and easy to find.Track tasks and deadlines — make sure nothing slips.Bring clarity: help me focus on what really matters each week.You’ll suit this role if youAre exceptionally organised, calm, and resourceful.Communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.Can switch easily between detail and big-picture thinking.Enjoy variety — no two days will look the same.Are fluent in English and comfortable with UK working hours.Are comfortable using (or setting up) simple AI or productivity tools to streamline work.
