Role OverviewWe are seeking a discreet, detail-driven, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced Venture Capital / Private Equity environment.This role requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex scheduling, investor relations coordination, and deal-related administrative processes with the utmost confidentiality and precision.You will serve as the operational right hand to the Managing Partner, ensuring efficient day-to-day management of time, meetings, communications, and follow-ups — while maintaining a clear understanding of the firm’s portfolio, investments, and ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportManage complex calendars, meeting schedules, investor calls, and travel logistics (domestic and international).Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and key talking points ahead of partner meetings and board discussions.Handle confidential correspondence, investor communication, and follow-ups with professionalism and discretion.Draft, proofread, and format investment memos, presentations, and client communications.Maintain filing systems for NDAs, deal documents, and portfolio company updates.Investor Relations & Deal CoordinationCoordinate investor communications, quarterly reporting, and data room updates.Support due diligence processes — organizing materials, tracking submissions, and liaising with portfolio company contacts.Maintain contact databases (CRM) for investors, co-investors, and portfolio executives.Assist in scheduling and coordinating roadshows, pitch events, and industry conferences.Operational & Strategic SupportAct as a bridge between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow.Track key deadlines, action items, and deliverables across ongoing deals and firm initiatives.Support firm-wide initiatives such as annual general meetings, offsites, and investor networking events.Assist with expense tracking, vendor coordination, and basic finance or compliance documentation as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Family Office environment.Strong understanding of financial and investment terminology.Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (Affinity, HubSpot, or Salesforce).Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic setting.Key AttributesExceptional attention to detail and time management.Emotionally intelligent communicator; professional yet approachable demeanor.Strong commercial awareness and understanding of investor dynamics.Able to anticipate needs, think ahead, and prioritize effectively.Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and executives.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package with performance-based bonus.Exposure to senior leadership, investors, and high-growth portfolio companies.A fast-moving, intellectually stimulating environment at the intersection of finance, innovation, and entrepreneurship.Opportunities for professional growth within the investment ecosystem.
