Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Scheduling and Calendar Management Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings, including recurring team sessions and one-on-one appointments.Handle scheduling requests across multiple time zones, prioritizing efficiently to balance executive availability and organizational needs.Expense and Administrative Support Prepare and reconcile expense reports accurately and on time.Maintain and organize digital files, records, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.Meeting Coordination and Documentation Attend key meetings to take detailed minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.Assist in preparing meeting agendas, materials, and presentations as needed.Event Planning and LogisticsProvide administrative support for internal events, including logistics coordination, invitations, and follow-up communication.General Executive SupportServe as a reliable point of contact for internal team members.Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.Support ad hoc projects and administrative requests as assigned.Qualifications:2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role.Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Zoom, and Slack (or similar platforms).Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively in a remote setting.
