BUSINESS AREA EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTThe Business Area Executive Assistant supports our Business Area President Equipment and Service and Business Area Controller by managing critical administrative functions and enabling them to focus on strategic priorities. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on anticipating needs, driving efficiency, and ensuring alignment across teams. The Executive Assistant acts as a trusted partner, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in a dynamic, future-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative assistance to the Division President and leadership team, mail inbox management including calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation.Coordinate, schedule, and prepare materials for division and cross-functional meetings; ensure agendas are aligned to priorities and that discussions remain focused and productive.Timely document preparation in collaboration with management team members.Capture key decisions, assign action items, and track progress to completion. Ensure accountability and timely updates to leadership.Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; draft, edit, and distribute executive-level correspondence and presentations.Liaison with communications team for events, presentations, interviews, investor meetings, and customer engagements.Streamline administrative processes, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and proactively implement solutions that enhance efficiency.Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high degree of trustworthiness.Experience And RequirementsAssociate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders, preferably in a global or industrial organization.Proven ability to manage complex calendars, priorities, and projects simultaneously.Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, or similar).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to think ahead, anticipate needs, and execute with precision.Prior experience in the mining industry or other offshore business environments is preferred.Flexibility to work outside regular time zones.Occasional international travel required.Strong verbal & written communication in English is a must.Proficiency in Spanish or Swedish is considered an asset.LocationStockholm, SwedenRecruitment ProcessThis position has a rolling application process, meaning we review applications as they are received and will close the posting once the role is filled.
