Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant/Events Coordinator to support our executive team and manage our event planning activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, scheduling, and organizing events and conferences while ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, booking travel, and handling correspondence.Plan, organize, and execute company events and conferences, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.Maintain and coordinate calendars for executives, scheduling meetings and appointments as necessary.Develop event themes, coordinate with vendors, and manage event budgets to ensure successful execution of all events.Assist in the creation of event materials, presentations, and reports as needed.Serve as the point of contact for event attendees and address inquiries related to events.Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and support for company events, including pet wellness initiatives.QualificationsProven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in event coordination.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools for scheduling and event management.Experience in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, or similar functions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Start up experience a plus!
