Let's make it happen!This is a full-time remote role, with a requirement to attend our Coolangatta office at least once per monthThe Benefits:Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,899 per annum and meal and entertainment salary sacrifice of up to $2,650 per annum.17.5% Annual Leave loading.Private Health Insurance Discount with Medibank.Access to Fitness Passport - discounted gym and pool memberships for you and your family.Cultural Leave Days for eligible employees.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Enjoy exclusive discounts, financial tips, and wellness programs through our ForME employee benefits platform.$200 referral bonus per successful referral.Training & Education Incentive Programs.Annual Flu Vaccines.Paid Parental Leave (9 weeks) for eligible employees.A typical week for you:Manage schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.Build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders whilst delivering exceptional customer service.Conduct research, compile information, and assist in the preparation of funding submissions and business plans.Actively participate in projects, managing various registers and contributing to presentations.Administer activities for the Senior Leadership Team, providing secretarial support for committees and meetings.Organise meetings, forums, and events including logistics (venue, catering, equipment, documentation).Maintain filing systems and databases in line with organisational standards.About you:Minimum three years' experience in a similar role.Demonstrated experience writing quality documentation, briefings, submissions, and correspondence.Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.Great time management and organisation skills.Proven results meeting performance requirements.Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration (desirable).Experience in aged care/community sector or desktop publishing (desirable).If you would like to discuss accessibility requirements, preferred communication methods or other possibilities please contact madelinewallis@feroscare.com.au.
