You will be the first point of contact for clients, representing the bank with professionalism and confidence. This role offers the chance to develop within a corporate, international environment and contribute to the success of our team.Job ResponsibilitiesManage complex and heavy calendars across multiple time zones for senior leadersCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and accommodationAct as a primary point of contact for clients, handling calls and correspondence in a professional mannerSupport hospitality and client service activities, ensuring a positive experience for all visitorsPrepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetingsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and workflowOrganise and support client events and meetingsMaintain confidentiality and discretion at all timesAssist with ad hoc administrative tasks as requiredDemonstrate a proactive approach and willingness to learn and grow within the roleRepresent the bank confidently in front office settingsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExperience as an Executive Assistant in an international and corporate environmentFluent in Polish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languagesStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage complex calendars and travel arrangements across multiple time zonesService-minded approach with a focus on hospitality and client careProfessional demeanour and ability to confidently interact with clients and stakeholdersWillingness and ability to work full-time in the officePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExperience supporting front office leaders in financial servicesPrevious exposure to client-facing rolesFamiliarity with digital tools for calendar and travel managementDemonstrated ability to grow and develop within a roleExperience organising client events or meetingsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team successABOUT USJ.P.
