The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive information in a fast-paced remote work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle email correspondence on behalf of executives.Travel & Scheduling: Organize travel itineraries, book accommodations, and ensure smooth scheduling.Project Coordination: Track executive projects, prepare reports, and manage deadlines.Communication Management: Draft, proofread, and translate correspondence in both English and Spanish.Documentation & Data Management: Maintain organized records, prepare presentations, and manage confidential information.Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.Ad Hoc Support: Assist executives with personal and professional administrative needs as required.RequirementsExperience: At least 2 years as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar support role.Bilingual Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.Tech Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello).Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.Organization: Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.Availability: Must be able to work during US business hours.Work Setup: Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.Strong skills in preparing professional reports and executive presentations.Experience with virtual conferencing tools like Zoom and Google Meet.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Opportunities for growth and long-term career development.Supportive team culture with collaborative virtual tools.Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere.
