Job descriptionOur client is one the largest music academies in Los Angeles, is currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Supervisor to support their locations LA locations Westwood Valley and Brentwood. Requirements:Proven sales proficiency with a track record of meeting targetsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred, but not requiredStrong customer service skills, team supervision experience, and administrative abilitiesAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills, particularly with children and adultsExceptional memory and phone etiquetteBackground in hospitalityNo background in music required Position Details:Proficiency in technology, including Google Docs, Sheets, Canva, and Excel is a plusMust have reliable transportationAbility to work independentlyFlexibility to work evenings and weekends Current Schedule Opening:4 days per week, weekdays from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PMWeekends from 8:45 AM to 5:30 PMMust be able to work weekendsExact 4-day schedule TBD; once set, days are relatively permanentA 5th day may frequently be possible to cover other staff Job Duties: Sales:Achieving the academy’s sales targetsFollowing up with potential clients via phone to promote our programsRegistering clients and completing student onboarding Customer Service and Administration:Promptly answering customer phone calls and emailsDocumenting requests and following up diligently to complete client requestsOpening, closing, and cleaning facilitiesSupervising instructors to ensure the highest quality operations Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for business or hospitalitySales, management, and customer service experience is a plusFront desk, restaurant, and hospitality experience is a plus Additional Information:Work locations: West Los Angeles Ideal Candidate Traits:Confident sales skillsDependable and reliablePeople-oriented and adaptableDetail-oriented and achievement-drivenAutonomousThrives in high-pressure environmentsCompensation:Pay: $27/hr plus bonus monthly Expected hours: 32 – 40 per weekExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
