A unique opportunity to work closely with a founding member of a pioneering biotechnology company. This Executive Assistant role reports directly to the Chief Development Officer, and works closely with other members of the executive committee as well as the development, regulatory, and scientific teams.The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.  This role is well-suited for an accomplished Executive Assistant with strong experience in healthcare or professional services; however, the fundamental quality we are seeking is a keenness to work and learn.Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on executive assistants to be highly organised, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities. Strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to balance competing deadlines are essential. A proactive, solutions-focused approach is key, as is the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a wider team.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Chief Development Officer (CDO) primarily and provide additional support to clinical and scientific team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficientlyLead/support on delegated projects, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates as directed to support the Chief Development Officer (CDO)Involvement in detailed contract management, and in the annual budget process / quarterly updatesDrafting, reviewing, and editing correspondence on behalf of the CDOAssistance with diary management/ professional and personal scheduling across multiple time zones, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, and other company logisticsManage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, meals, and expenses Essential RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time-management skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects with competing prioritiesDetail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities Proficiency with office productivity tools (Microsoft, Adobe) and an aptitude for learning new software and systemsAbility to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employeesWillingness to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes with short noticeFlexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challengesAbility to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employeesPreferred Requirements3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally withinhealthcare or finance sectors, or as Executive AssistantExperience supporting senior executives/upper management, in particular in a high-growth startupCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experiencePrivate medical insurancePension contribution25 days annual leave + bank holidaysHybrid workingAbout IntraBioIntraBio Ltd is an equal opportunities employer.
