Interim Executive AssistantWe’re looking for a sharp, strategic EA to support our senior tech leadership team on a 12-month interim basis. This isn’t your typical EA role — it’s a high-impact position at the heart of a fast-moving business unit, where you’ll help shape priorities, drive cadence, and keep the engine running smoothly.What you’ll do:Partner directly with SVPs and Senior Directors to align calendars, priorities, and communications.Own inboxes, agendas, and stakeholder relationships — internal and external.Facilitate leadership meetings, offsites, and strategic sessions with precision.Collaborate across PMO, FP&A, Internal Comms, and Strategy to drive BU rhythm and delivery.Manage onboarding, travel, approvals, and operational workflows with full autonomy.Act as a trusted advisor, sounding board, and communications gatekeeper.What you bring:5–8 years’ experience in EA/business support roles, ideally in global tech or high-growth environments.Exceptional organisational skills, business acumen, and stakeholder savvy.Fluent in English, with top-tier written and verbal communication.Proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable with ambiguity.Discreet, dependable, and always two steps ahead.Why this role matters: You’ll be the strategic glue that enables our leaders to focus on what matters most — scaling the business, driving innovation, and leading with impact.Start: ASAP | Duration: 12 months | Location: Manchester (Hybrid)Ready to step into a role where no two days are the same — and every day counts?
