Provide Directors updates after meetingsAnticipates issues, risk, and opportunities before they advisePlan, organize, and attend leadership meetingsManage agendas and ensure action items are captured, disseminated, and acted uponPrepare and/or edit reports, memos, materials, letters, correspondence and other documents and presentations.
