Job Description

Our client, a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization in the building materials sector, is seeking a highly organized, HINDU OR PUNJABI-speaking Executive Assistant to support the President. As the President's right-hand, you will provide strategic and administrative support across multiple business ventures, ensuring operational excellence and effective communication. You will work closely with a small, collaborative leadership team, gaining exposure to all areas of the business and contributing to meaningful initiatives that drive growth and innovation. Position Details· Permanent, full-time position· Competitive base salary starting at $75,000, commensurate with experience· Comprehensive health and dental benefits package· Occasional international travel (U.S., South America, and Asia)· Professional, team-oriented work environment with opportunities for growth Key Responsibilities· Provide dedicated executive-level support to the President, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination· Manage confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with exceptional accuracy and professionalism· Serve as the primary liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication· Coordinate domestic and international travel, meetings, and events — including logistics, itineraries, and supporting documentation· Draft, proofread, and edit corporate materials, communications, and presentations to ensure brand and tone consistency· Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items to ensure seamless follow-up· Support special projects and strategic initiatives through research, data compilation, and executive summaries· Anticipate needs and proactively resolve administrative or operational issues before they arise· Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times Qualifications· Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint· Minimum 2 + years of experience in an executive support or senior administrative role· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment· Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality Bilingual - English/Hindi or Punjabi · Experience coordinating international travel or supporting global operations is considered an asset
