This role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials with accuracy and professionalism.Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and external partners.Organize company meetings, events, and site visits, including logistics and materials.Maintain confidential files, contracts, and project documentation.Track key project deadlines, investor communications, and deliverables.Assist with expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking.Support due diligence and administrative aspects of acquisitions, financing, and closings as needed.Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational issues.Coordinate and track legal and financial documents (signing, mailing etc).QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within real estate, finance, or professional services.Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Google Workspace or project management tools a plus.Comfort working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
