Our office is located at 299 Park Avenue.The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting a team of investment bankers and performing other administrative responsibilities in Lincoln International LLC's (“Lincoln”) New York office. The Executive Assistant should have relevant professional experience, be entrepreneurial, poised and able to deal with many different people both inside as well as outside the firm.Lincoln fosters a cohesive and supportive work environment and encourages teamwork. To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional organizational skills, be team focused, and have flexibility to best support each team member. In addition, you will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work professionally and efficiently in a deadline driven environment and the willingness to take ownership of tasks from beginning to end. Regular working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Willingness and ability to work overtime is necessary.Duties and Responsibilities: Support a team of investment bankersBecome knowledgeable of Lincoln’s Capital Advisory and its internal and external processesHeavy calendar managementMaking travel arrangements, both international and domestic using ConcurExpense processing through ConcurAid in organizing meetings in and out of the officeBecome proficient in Salesforce; gain understanding of the deal tracker and its functionality to perform deal related tasks such as:Assist with entering contacts to add to marketing lists and Outlook contactsResearch companies and contacts for active deals and post close marketing initiativesWork with deal team to track status of potential investors for deals through SalesforcePlan large and small scale events for client-facing and internal industry eventsInteract frequently with professionals in Lincoln’s offices across the US and elsewhere, as needed to organize conference calls, meetings, interviews and the delivery of presentation materialsOther administrative duties as neededQualifications:Minimum of 3-4 years of comprehensive administrative experienceBachelor’s degreeProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to be proactiveExperience using Salesforce and ConcurExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong organization skills with the ability to multitaskTime management skills and the ability to prioritize workCalendar management and international/domestic travelBenefits:Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Insurance planVSP Vision InsuranceDelta Dental InsuranceLTD, STD and Life Insurance401K Plan and Profit SharePaid Time Off on an accrual basis (17 days)Competitive salaryEnd of year nominal, discretionary annual bonusAdditional Information:Lincoln International is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.The pay range for this role is $75,000-$85,000 on an annual basis. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City.
