We're a new global brand that focuses on the need of the connected generation, sustainability, and a hassle-free customer experience.Executive AssistantAs an Executive Assistant at Lynk & Co, you will play a key role in supporting Leadership team and ensuring smooth daily operation. This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.Note that this is a temporary position to cover a parental leave until End of August 2026.What You'll DoProvide general support to leadership, including weekly planning, travel coordination, minute-taking, and town hall preparationManage executive inboxes, calendars, and complex travel arrangementsCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and follow up on action itemsPlan and support corporate events such as town halls, offsites, and leadership gatheringsHandle confidential correspondence, reports, and sensitive documentationWork closely with corporate functions to identify and support administrative needs Oversee document management and maintain structured internal documentation in Teams or SharePointCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely mannerProcess expenses, procurement, and general administrative tasksProvide day-to-day support to leadership as needs evolveAssist with ad-hoc projects and shifting business prioritiesWhat You Should HaveProven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative roleBachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointExperience using Teams or SharePoint for document managementFluency in English (Swedish is a plus)Working for Lynk & CoWant to learn more about working for Lynk & Co and what we offer?
