Executive AssistantLocation: London office (with hybrid working – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office, rest from home)Salary: £24.73 - £27.47 per hour (£45K - £50K equivalent)Contract: Temp to Perm, Full-timeTo start ASAP - Interviews to be held week commencing Monday 10th NovemberOur client, a well-respected membership body within the built environment sector, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team.About the RoleAs Executive Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth running of their office and enabling strategic focus. You’ll also provide flexible support to the wider Competent Person Scheme (CPS) administration team, contributing to the efficient delivery of services to registered contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage complex diaries, travel, and meeting logistics.Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.Handle confidential correspondence and documentation.Support board and stakeholder communications and presentations.Administrative SupportCollaborate with the CPS team on daily operations.Assist with contractor registration and compliance documentation.Maintain scheme records, reports, and performance data.Coordinate audits, training, and external visits.Stakeholder EngagementAct as a professional point of contact for members and partners.Support communications with contractors and external bodies.Liaise with suppliers and service providers.Governance & ComplianceAssist with regulatory submissions and governance processes.Uphold data protection and confidentiality standards.About YouEssential SkillsProven experience as an EA, PA, or senior administrator.Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.High level of discretion and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/data systems.Experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex schedules.DesirableBackground in a membership, certification, or compliance environment.Familiarity with the construction or roofing sector.Understanding of governance and data protection processes.To apply for the Executive Assistant role, please send us your CV.Due to the volume of applications, we are only able to contact successful applicants.
