Our client, a leading research institution, is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Chicago, IL!*This is a 3-month W2 contract with benefits!*As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to the Dean of Students Office, managing daily operations such as scheduling, communications, and event coordination. You will also serve as the first point of contact for the department, ensuring smooth office workflows, accurate recordkeeping, and professional handling of inquiries and administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Coordinate office activi,ties including room reservations, catering arrangements, mail distribution, and event support for the Dean of Students Office.Manage communications by monitoring the department email inbox, responding to inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality.Maintain and update financial spreadsheets, parking pass records, and other administrative documentation to ensure accurate and organized operations.Requirements:Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
