This role involves a mix of executive assistance, onboarding coordination, travel logistics, and internal operations support. If you're highly driven, eager to learn, and want to build a long-term career in finance, this is the opportunity you've been looking for.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive diary and schedule management for senior executivesBook meeting rooms, schedule internal and external meetingsPrepare professional correspondence, memos, and reportsDraft, format, and manage documents for e-signature via DocuSignManage incoming communications, prioritize urgent matters, and filter information accordinglyTake minutes during management meetings Coordinate new hire onboarding: set up emails, phone lines, and tech accessCompile and maintain employee handbooks, training manuals, and code of conduct documentsOrganize and maintain the company shared drive and internal file systemsKeep training materials and internal documents up-to-dateAssist in the recruitment process by placing job ads and filtering CVsMaintain applicant records and coordinate interviews as neededProvide general administrative support to different departments when requiredMake complex travel arrangements including international business tripsCoordinate logistics for team meetings, conferences, and corporate eventsQualificationsPrior experience in an executive assistant or administrative role.Must have UK executive support experience Strong administrative and technical skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks, create and follow processes, prioritize efficiently, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.Additional InformationM to F, 3 PM to 12 AM PH TimeMust be willing to work onsite - Eastwood officeQuarterly bonus potential based on performance Note: As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on all hired candidates.
