Wecreate timeless collections that transition effortlessly from countryside to city, empowering womenthrough quality, beauty, and design integrity.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee all aspects of daily office operations, from supplies, maintenance, and couriers to vendormanagement and service contracts.• Liaise with key contacts including the accounts department in Theale, utilities, IT, alarm/security,landlord, and other service providers.• Maintain and professionalise the internal shared drive, ensuring files are clearly structured, up todate, and easy to navigate.• Manage the MD’s diary, schedule meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and coordinate internaland external communications.• Collect weekly departmental notes and distribute weekly reports from the digital agency andmonthly reports from PR agencies.• Prepare and support monthly board meetings, ensuring materials and presentations are completeand technology is working smoothly.• Ensure the office and meeting spaces are always immaculate, stocked, and reflective of thebrand’s high standards.• Professionally liaise with VIP guests, influencers, media, and key brand partners on behalf of theMD.About You:• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent follow-through.• Calm, positive, and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills.• Discreet and trustworthy, able to handle sensitive and confidential matters.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Polished, well-presented, and comfortable representing a luxury brand.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and digital file management.• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager within a fashion, luxury, orcreative environment is preferred.Join a brand that celebrates heritage and empowers women through timeless design — and play a keyrole in keeping our London headquarters running beautifully and efficiently every day.To Apply:Please apply via LinkedIn and submit your CV and a cover letter to recruitment@reallywildclothing.com detailing your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for this role.The advertisement for this role will close without warning, particularly in the event of high interest.Therefore, submitting an early application is advisedReally Wild is an equal-opportunity employer.
