Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite. Experience using recruitment CRMs/ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, JobAdder, or similar) is an advantage. Proactive, professional, and motivated, with a positive attitude and strong sense of initiative.Core responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones. Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as directed by management. Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical) for company and client records. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist in tracking action items, follow-ups, and project deliverables. Prepare candidate documentation, interview schedules, and onboarding packs. Support the recruitment team with updating and maintaining CRM/ATS systems. Assist in compiling job descriptions, contracts, and offer letters.
