The Executive Assistant provides personal, secretarial, and administrative support to partners and other top-level executives.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesDrafts and finalizes proposals, reports, and lettersSchedules meetings for immediate superiorsMonitors e-mails of immediate superior and ensure that urgent matters are responded to immediatelyUpdates calendar and contact lists of immediate superiorsFiles and archives documentsPrepares requests for cash and suppliesSets up travel arrangements and accommodations for immediate superiors and visitorsPerforms other related tasks as may be assigned from time to timeQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or other related fieldsAt least one year of experience working as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or other secretarial positionPreferred QualificationsImpeccable communication skillsAbility to understand instructions with little or no follow upStrong computer and internet research skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadExcellent interpersonal skillsExemplary planning and time management skillsDiscretion and confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsWilling to work under full time onsite ([EMOJI:35] times a week)
