RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate and manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Anticipate and prioritize scheduling conflicts, ensuring efficient use of time.Screen and manage incoming calls and emails, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.Arrange logistics for meetings, such as room booking, catering, and technology setup.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Docs, etcWell-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
