You have to perform general office administration duties and support Manager and Executive in their duties.Manage daily administrative functions of Nursing Home (NH) / Senior Care Centre (SCC).Submit Medisave claims for eligible DRC clientsPerform collection of payments e.g. deposits and invoice payments and generation of receiptsFollow up on overdue paymentsMOH subvention claiming, subsidy and assistance scheme claimingEnsure Data entry for billing and payments are done accuratelyVerify invoices for goods and services in a timely mannerPerform Data entry for refunds and any billing adjustmentsGeneration and mailing of invoices in a timely mannerAttend to queries from family membersMonitor ordering office suppliesRecording of meals order for clients and conveying orders to the kitchenTransport arrangement for clients and porter service requests from wards and SCCCover duties of other Admin Assistant when he/she is on leavePerform any other duties as may be assigned by HOD from time to timeJob RequirementsAt least GCE O LevelsPreferably 3-5 years of relevant working experienceStrong proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Able to adapt and use different software applicationsGood Interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
