We are looking for a polished, proactive, and service-oriented Receptionist to create exceptional first impressions and ensure smooth daily operations.This role blends front desk management, attendance coordination, and concierge-style support to deliver an outstanding workplace experience for employees and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Guest RelationsBe the friendly and professional face welcoming all guests, clients, and employees.Manage front desk operations — calls, emails, and visitor registration.Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area reflecting the company’s image.Coordinate meeting room bookings, courier deliveries, and front-office correspondence.Office Logistics & Administrative SupportLiaise with HR and IT on access card issuance, deactivation, and onboarding/offboarding logistics.Assist with IT asset handover, stationery preparation, and office asset returns.Provide concierge-style assistance (e.g., transport bookings, reservations, directions).Coordinate with vendors on maintenance, pantry supplies, and deliveries.Support administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and record keeping.
