We strive to deliver the best outcomes for our customers, our partners and our people.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and self-sufficient Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to manage a dynamic workload without getting overwhelmed. This role calls for someone who can think outside the box, anticipate needs, and take initiative to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.The candidate must be proficient in Advanced Excel, Word, email and inbox management, and Dropbox, with the ability to create and maintain cashflows and financial trackers. A background in Property or Real Estate is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and organize the executive's inbox, ensuring timely responses, prioritization, and follow-ups on critical communications.Coordinate and oversee schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize time management.Prepare and maintain reports, cashflows, trackers, and other business documentation with accuracy and efficiency.Assist with project management by tracking deliverables, deadlines, and progress across multiple initiatives.Support documentation and file management through tools such as Dropbox and other digital platforms.Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel (advanced level).Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and execution of tasks.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations within the team.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email/inbox management systems.Experience with Dropbox and other productivity tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding attention to detail and organization skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.Background or experience in Property or Real Estate is highly preferred.Financial acumen with experience in preparing and managing cashflows and related documents.Proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and act independently.Benefits:Flexibility in work hours and location, with a focus on managing energy rather than time.Access to online learning platforms and a budget for professional developmentA collaborative, no-silos environment, encouraging learning and growth across teamsA dynamic social culture with team lunches, social events, and opportunities for creative inputHMOLeave Benefits13th Month PayIf you have the skills and are eager to contribute to our team's success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
