About the RoleTecla is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our CEO across both business and personal priorities. You will be the right hand that keeps everything in motion, helping manage operations, marketing activity, communication, hiring coordination, and day-to-day logistics.This is a full-time, fully remote role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with clarity, and enjoys wearing many hats. You will work closely with the CEO and the marketing and operations teams, ensuring priorities move forward smoothly and efficiently.If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise, this role offers the opportunity to build deep trust and long-term impact inside a fast-growing company.ResponsibilitiesExecutive and Business SupportManage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling.Handle daily communications, meeting follow-ups, and document preparation.Track priorities and ensure key initiatives stay on schedule.Conduct research, create summaries, and draft briefs as needed.Help coordinate internal and external projects across teams.Maintain organized systems for files, notes, and company documents.Marketing and Online PresenceSupport the CEO’s personal brand on LinkedIn by helping draft and edit posts, track engagement, and manage a simple content calendar.Comment and engage on relevant posts to build Tecla’s visibility.Assist in coordinating content repurposing projects, newsletters, or podcasts.Hiring and Team CoordinationHelp with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups for key roles.Review applications and summarize candidate profiles for quick decision-making.Communicate with candidates and team members throughout the hiring process.Personal and Administrative SupportCoordinate both business and personal travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.Manage reservations, appointments, and renewals.Handle occasional personal tasks and errands that help the CEO stay focused on high-value work.General and Evolving TasksSupport marketing and operations projects as needed.Assist with light bookkeeping, reporting, or data organization.Anticipate upcoming needs and take initiative to address them.Understand that tasks can and will evolve over time as priorities shift.What We’re Looking ForBased in Latin America with fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written.3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Coordinator.Excellent written communication and strong organizational skills.Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools.Reliable, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information with total confidentiality.A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.High emotional intelligence and a calm, proactive presence.Why Join TeclaTecla helps U.S. technology companies gain an unfair competitive advantage by combining AI’s exponential productivity with the cost-effectiveness of top nearshore engineering talent.
