Position Overview:We are seeking a Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to a dynamic, ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) CEO leading multiple businesses across sectors including hospitality, spirits, mining, manufacturing, and investments. You will handle everything from complex scheduling and cross-venture coordination to luxury hospitality and special personal logistics — with precision, initiative and resourcefulness. Job Responsibilities:Serve as the CEO’s primary point of coordination across business ventures, partners, and key internal stakeholdersPlan and manage complex domestic and international travel, events, offsites, and high-touch experiencesManage the CEO’s calendars, priorities, communications, and meeting preparationBuild and maintain relationships with luxury service providers, venues, hotels, and vendorsCoordinate executive-level hospitality, including private dinners, investor meetings, and brand engagementsEnsure that all personal and professional engagements reflect the highest standards of service, discretion, and presentationCoordinate personal logistics, such as family travel planning, special projects and occasional errandsManage individual commitments with a focus on discretion, flexibility, and hospitalityQualifications:5–10 years in high-level executive support roles, ideally including work in UHNW, family office, or founder-led environmentsProven experience coordinating luxury travel, managing external relationships, and overseeing complex schedulesExceptionally organized, discreet, and detail-orientedHigh emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a proactive mindsetComfortable working independently in fast-moving, unstructured settings Benefits:401(k) with matchingHealth, dental, vision insuranceHealth savings and flexible savings accountShort-term and long-term disability insurancePaid time offReferral programLife insurance
