We are seeking a highly efficient Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support.The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and effective execution of the CEO’s priorities. This role demands a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment, as well as the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.As a trusted partner to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing executive productivity, coordinating strategic initiatives, managing schedules and correspondence, and ensuring that the CEO’s office operates efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities1. Executive & Strategic SupportManage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, and communications with precision and discretion.Prepare and review executive presentations, proposals, and strategic documents.Provide analysis and briefings on key projects, government initiatives, and technology trends.Support the CEO in strategic planning, performance reviews, and partnership development.Act as the CEO’s representative in selected internal and external engagements.Technical & Project CoordinationAssist the CEO in overseeing digitalization projects within government and enterprise sectors.Review technical and business proposals, providing summaries and insights.Coordinate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to track progress on SaaS and enterprise solution deployments.Monitor KPIs and project milestones, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Research emerging technologies relevant to public sector transformation and advise on adoption opportunities.Operational ExcellenceManage confidential reports, board documents, and executive-level correspondence.Develop dashboards and reports for performance tracking and decision support.Identify and implement productivity tools or automation solutions to streamline executive workflows.Maintain efficient information flow between departments and the CEO’s office.Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementBuild strong working relationships across leadership teams, clients, and government agencies.Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely action on commitments.Prepare talking points, briefs, and documentation for meetings and conferences.Required Skills and CompetenciesCore Executive Assistant SkillsThese are fundamental and enterprise IT, the EA must understand:Government & Public Sector Processes – Awareness of RFPs, tenders, MoUs, compliance norms, and inter-departmental coordination.Technology Landscape Awareness – Familiarity with terms like cloud solutions, digital transformation, cybersecurity, data governance, and AI.Contract & Proposal Coordination – Supporting the CEO in proposal reviews, bid submissions, and client documentation.Regulatory and Policy Insight – Understanding of data privacy, procurement guidelines, and digital governance frameworks.Strategic & Analytical SkillsBusiness Acumen – Ability to grasp the company’s business model, KPIs, and strategic priorities in SaaS and enterprise domains.Analytical & Research Abilities – Preparing briefing notes, backgrounders, and market research for CEO meetings.Project Management – Tracking deliverables across cross-functional teams and assisting in project follow-ups. Stakeholder & Communication SkillsClient & Partner Coordination – Liaising with senior government officials, CXOs, and technology partners.Internal Communication – Acting as a bridge between the CEO’s office and department heads (sales, delivery, credibility and tact.Experience and Qualification·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.·        5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or digital transformation environment.·        Strong understanding of government digitalization, enterprise technology, and SaaS business models.·        Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.·        Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)·        Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.·        High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling
