Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The role is located in Tokyo, but some work from home is acceptable. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, executive support, managing expense reports, diary management, and general administrative assistance. The candidate will handle day-to-day tasks that include scheduling meetings, managing communications, preparing reports, and organizing travel arrangements. Qualifications Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skillsExperience in providing Executive Support and managing Diary ManagementAbility to handle Expense reposrts and logistic bookings Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and business level EnglishAbility to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environmentInterest in the luxury travel and hospitality industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
