Taking on both business and private EA duties, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the CEO with the day-to-day running of the business and organising various aspects of their personal life. The ideal EA will have several years’ experience working in a similar role. Essential3 years’ minimum experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Advanced typing, note taking, record keeping, and organisational skills Ability to manage internal and external correspondence Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Proactive, self-motivated, and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail and high standards.Act as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls Organise meetings and appointments Support with new business meetings and documentation Book and arrange travel itineraries, transport, and accommodation for both private and work trips - Available out of hours to check in online and ensure smooth trips (including family travel and F1 race weekends)Travel – available to travel with CEO when he is out of London for more than 2-3 weeksPackage£55k - £65k + bonus potentialHybrid working with a central London HQAccess to some of the biggest events in global sportCollaborative, ambitious and fun team culturePlenty of growth potential as agency continues to scale
