This role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic, detail-driven environment and values efficiency, reliability, and mission-aligned work. You’ll be a trusted force multiplier, owning logistics, protecting time, and bringing clarity to fast-moving priorities.Key Responsibilities· Communication & Inbox Management· Manage and triage MD’s email inbox (flag priorities, draft replies, archive noise)· Draft and send correspondence, follow-ups, and internal communications· Maintain confidentiality and judgment with sensitive information· Calendar & Scheduling· Manage daily, weekly, and long-term scheduling across multiple stakeholders· Anticipate and protect time for strategic work and personal commitments· Prepare agendas, meeting briefs, and post-meeting follow-ups· Project & Task Coordination· Maintain MD’s task board and assist with project tracking· Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on open items· Create weekly priority summaries and status reports· Operations & Document Support· Organize and maintain files (contracts, leases, presentations)· Create or edit investor packets, pitch decks, and internal documents· Track recurring deadlines, renewals, and operational rhythms· Personal Administration (light)· Assist with occasional personal logistics (appointments, travel, family calendar)· Coordinate thoughtful gifts, thank-yous, or key dates with a high EQ lensIdeal Candidate Traits• Operates with a high level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and follow-through • Enjoys bringing order to complexity and calm to fast-moving environments • Comfortable working independently, while regularly aligning with executive priorities • Thrives in a supporting role, with no need to be center stage • Values clear communication, loyal service, and trust over performance theaterQualifications• 2+ years supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced or professional setting • Excellent written communication and organizational skills • Proficient in GSuite, project/task management tools (e.g., Ninety, Salesforce, Notion, ClickUp), Microsoft Office, and calendar systems • Bonus: Experience in commercial real estate, investing, or property managementCultural Fit• You believe meaningful work is rooted in trust and excellence • You are thoughtful, emotionally grounded, and committed to growing with your executive • You take pride in making others more effective—and do so with humility and purposeCompensationBase Salary: $45,000 annually (W-2 employee)Health Insurance: Access to the company group health plan, with a company-paid $300 per month contribution toward the cost of your premiumRetirement Plan: Access to a 401(k) with a 3% company matchPTO: 80 Hours annuallyAdditional Benefits: A values-driven work culture focused on authenticity, stewardship, grit, and excellence; Opportunities for professional growth, development, and leadership exposure; Supportive, fast-paced team environment where your contributions matter
