Job Description

Location: Colonia Escalón, San SalvadorSchedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide direct support with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and autonomy. The role requires the ability to anticipate needs, coordinate strategic and administrative tasks, and facilitate communication between the CEO and different teams, both nationally and internationally.Main ResponsibilitiesBilingual Administrative Support:Management of correspondence, documents, and confidential communications.Organization of meetings, calendars, and national/international travel.Preparation of executive presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.Project Management:Follow-up on action plans and fulfillment of strategic objectives for the CEO.Cross-departmental coordination to ensure timely execution of projects.Tracking deliverables, timelines, and resources.Calendar and Event Management:Organization and prioritization of the CEO’s calendar.Logistical coordination of corporate events, conferences, and external meetings.Communication with International Teams:Translation and drafting of communications in English and Spanish.Coordination of calls, meetings, and presentations with international partners.Reports and Analysis:Preparation of executive reports, performance summaries, and KPI analysis.Presentation of strategic information for decision-making.Profile RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.Languages: Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (spoken and written).Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years as an Executive Assistant or in senior management support, preferably in the financial or technology sector.Other Requirements:Valid U.S. visa and current passport (mandatory).Availability to travel and work extended hours when required.Key Skills:Discretion, organization, and attention to detail.Excellent bilingual communication and writing skills.Ability to prioritize tasks in high-demand environments.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
