We’re passionate about leveling the playing field and believe access to the law should be a basic utility in society.Our AI lawyer Lawrence is built on top of our own fine tuned LLM and recently passed the UK’s bar exam equivalent.We’re backed by some of the top US and UK VC funds including Google Ventures, Balderton Capital and TQ Ventures. We recently secured a $40M Series A funding round to facilitate international expansion and to grow our team, representing one of the five largest Series A rounds in Europe for 2024.The RoleWe’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founder & CEO in managing their day-to-day priorities, projects and commitments.At Lawhive, we move quickly and think big. This role is crucial to helping our CEO stay focused on strategic work while ensuring the operational details run seamlessly behind the scenes. You’ll play a pivotal part in driving efficiency, organisation, and momentum.This is a high-impact position suited to an experienced EA with a background in venture capital or VC-backed startups, bringing proven expertise in supporting fast-moving, investor-driven leadership environments.What You’ll Be Doing:Task Management: Maintain and organise daily task lists ensuring clear priorities and deadlines.Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the schedules of the CEO, optimising their time to focus on strategic and operational goals.Follow-up & Accountability: Proactively follow up with the CEO to ensure that urgent and high-priority tasks are addressed promptly.Travel Coordination: Book and manage travel arrangements for the senior leadership team, ensuring all itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics are well planned.Meeting/Workshop Preparation: Ensure each workshop and key meeting has a structured agenda and required reference documents, helping participants prepare effectively.Documentation & Note-Taking: Record comprehensive notes and actions items during meetings and workshops, ensuring clear follow-up actions and accountabilityRequirements:5+ years of experience supporting executives in an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff role in high-growth, investor-backed companiesComfortable interacting with investors and other senior stakeholdersExceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage shifting prioritiesA self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownershipThe ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and proactively solve problems before they escalateProficient in Google Workspace, Notion and Slack.
