Nowra, New South WalesFull-timeDescriptionPermanent / Full TimeSalary: $91,148 - $104,698 gross p.a. plus 12% SuperThe advertised salary is based on the grade of the position, comprising of 4 steps within the range shown.35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the option of flexitimeLocated at Nowra Administration BuildingApplications close: Tuesday, 25 November 2025 (at midnight)About The RoleTo provide professional executive level support to the Chief Executive Officer and ensure smooth running of the CEO's office by performing a range of administrative and secretarial functions within a political, complex and multi-faceted organisational environment. This includes:Assist the CEO in managing special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met, resources are allocated appropriately, and progress is tracked and reported regularly.Management of the operational administrative functions of the Executive Office, ensuring appropriate workflow, work processes and practices, training, and supervision.Preparation of correspondence and documents including letters, emails, agendas, minutes, reports, presentations and papers and ensure all relevant documents are circulated to appropriate people in a timely and meaningful manner.Please refer to the Job Description under the Job Attachments for a comprehensive list of duties, responsibilities and skills required.About YouTo be successful in the position, you will have:Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar and /or extensive experience in Executive Assistant/Secretarial/ Office ManagementCurrent Class C Driver's LicenceDemonstrated effective time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to balance competing workloads and deliver within deadlines.Excellent organisation skills, exceptional attention to detail and solutions focused approach.We are seeking a highly organised, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer.
