In this dual role, you’ll combine clinical leadership of the nursing team with overall management and growth of the clinic, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding patient care, and strong engagement with doctors.This is a pivotal position where your leadership will directly impact the clinic’s performance, team development, and patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Leadership & GrowthOversee all aspects of clinic operations, including staffing, workflow, and resource management.Identify opportunities for improvement, drive efficiency, and implement strategies to grow clinic performance.Monitor key metrics and ensure clinical and operational targets are met.Nursing Leadership (NUM)Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team, fostering clinical excellence and professional development.Provide hands-on clinical care and expert guidance in complex or escalated situations.Ensure the delivery of safe, compassionate, and personalised patient care.Doctor & Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with Fertility Specialists, visiting doctors, and internal teams.Facilitate collaboration across nursing, lab, administration, and other departments to ensure seamless clinic operations.Patient Experience & QualityChampion exceptional patient experiences at every touchpoint, ensuring care is personalised, efficient, and compassionate.Oversee quality assurance initiatives and compliance with clinical standards.QualificationsAbout YouAHPRA-registered Nurse with leadership experience in fertility, women’s health, or a related field.Proven ability to manage both clinical teams and operational functions.Skilled in building strong doctor relationships and fostering team engagement.Driven to deliver operational excellence, enhance patient experience, and grow the clinic.Additional InformationOur staff tell us it is the people they work with that makes them stay.
