Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Philippines, South Africa, and South America, supporting our global clients in the accounting industry.About the role● Reports to the Global CEO● Maintains strong relationships with the region’s 44 member firms (as of October 2025), coordinating regular touchpoints/check-ins for feedback and engagement● Serves as liaison with the Chair of the Asia Pacific Regional Advisory Committee (based in Singapore) and/or Zone Managers (based in Hong Kong and Vietnam), ensuring the Chief Growth & Regional Officer and Global CEO are kept informed● Monitors regional membership development needs and opportunities, relaying insights and potential leads to the CGRO for action● Works with the Global CEO, CGRO and Senior Events Manager to help set the strategic direction of the region’s annual event, shape the agenda, and engage members to ensure strong participation and value – attendance at the event is required● Facilitates cross-border collaboration, encouraging a proactive referral and engagement culture between members● Supports the delivery of business development initiatives in the region, ensuring local engagement and alignment with the CEO’s strategic direction and coordinating BD activities with the Director of Marketing & BD (and the team’s two other Regional Leads as needed)● Provides second-line support when referrals go wrong and have been escalated by the Client & Alliance Success Manager● Develops and coordinates the rollout of regionally tailored member programmes, working closely with Service Centre team members (marketing, events, member services) to ensure impact and alignment with alliance priorities● Provides regional reports regularly to the CGRO on levels of regional engagement, successes, challenges, and risks of member disengagement.● General regional administrative duties as needed.About you● Highly organized and self-managing – able to track multiple member relationships, tasks, and follow-ups across time zones with minimal supervision.● Culturally aware and diplomatic – comfortable engaging with firms across diverse APAC cultures (Southeast Asia, Australia, East Asia, South Asia).● Professional communicator – clear written and verbal English; able to represent the alliance in a service-oriented manner.● Collaborative and responsive – works smoothly with the Global CEO, Chief Growth & Regions Officer, and Service Centre staff to ensure aligned delivery.● Proactive and dependable – spots issues early, follows through consistently, and maintains steady communication with member firms.● Discreet and trustworthy – understands sensitivity in dealing with confidential member and client information.● Adaptable and calm under pressure – able to adjust to changing priorities and handle busy event periods smoothly.● High level of proficiency in the English language (written and spoken – the alliance’s lingua franca is English)● Member/client support: Ability to build rapport, handle queries, and follow up on action items efficiently.● Administrative excellence: Strong skills in scheduling and reporting.● Communication and presentation: Professional written communication, report formatting, and confidence on email and video calls● Event and meeting logistics: Supporting virtual or in-person regional events, agendas, and follow-up actions.● Digital literacy: Comfortable using Microsoft 365, Teams, and online collaboration tools; experience with portals or CRM platforms desirable.
