From diary and inbox management to coordinating international travel and preparing executive-level reports, you’ll play a central role in enabling efficiency and productivity across the business.Your responsibilities will includeManaging diaries, scheduling, and travel arrangements across multiple time zonesActing as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communicationPreparing agendas, reports, presentations, and executive documentationCoordinating inputs for board and leadership meetings, ensuring deadlines are metSupporting special projects through research, data collation, and project managementHandling expenses and maintaining meticulous recordsSkills & ExperienceSomeone who can thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
