Great opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a growing consultancy firm based in London. Supporting the Founder and senior team with exciting growth plans, you will need strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills, and the ability to liaise confidently with clients at all levels.Hours: approximately 10 hours per week initially, with flexibility to take on more hours as company grows£25 - £30 per hourVirtual support, with occasional London meetingSmall, friendly teamThis is an opportunity for a PA/EA with an interest in technology and projects to learn and develop new skills. Supporting the Founder with day-to-day PA tasks, you will also assist with project coordination, liaising with clients and operations within a growing business.EA skills:Highly efficient and organisedAccurate attention to detail, with strong verbal & written communication skillsStrong client liaison skillsAbility to multi-task, and coordinate multiple projectsGreat team player, with a positive can-do attitude, and excellent problem-solving skillsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelEA responsibilities:Working closely with the Founder to assist with organisation and operations within the businessArranging and coordinating meetingsAnswering phone calls, dealing with enquiries and queriesProcessing expensesArrange/attend meetings, take minutes and circulate action pointsLiaising with clients, updating project details and information, feedback and commentsManage communications with a variety of stakeholdersTrack project timelinesIf you are an organised, efficient individual, looking to work in a growing and ambitious business, we would love to hear from you asap.
