You will provide support on various administrative activities, be responsible for ensuring tasks / projects are delivered on time and identify opportunities to add value through managing projects, overseeing frameworks and processes and building relationships with different areas and people.What we expect of you, day to day.Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itinerariesCoordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clientsSupport the preparation of internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partnersCreate good communication & supportive client relationshipsCoordinate & arrange internal & leadership team meetings, manage the business cadence and support on agendas and documentationSubmission of expenses, invoices and PO’s in Concur & AribaMaintain a level of support and guidance to other EAs and PAs to enable the smooth running of the UK&I teamMaintain an organized filing systemPoint of call for team enquiriesUphold a strict level of confidentialityDevelop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele QualificationsWhat we're after..Previous relevant experience within a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant roleDiscretion combined with poise and professionalism in all communicationsMust be able to exercise good judgment regarding information which may be confidentialMust have excellent communications skills both verbal and written and be confident communicating with senior level executivesAbility to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Customer service-focused with ability to work collaboratively with othersAbility to multi-task and prioritize work with attention to detail. Solid planning, organizational and written and verbal communication skillsExperience using Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilitiesAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
