We are looking for an Executive Assistant with exceptional organizational skills to support one of our US-based clients. This position provides essential administrative and clerical support to the department. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including document preparation, data entry, scheduling, social media, and general office management. The ideal candidate should be a problem solver, proactive, able to work under minimum supervision, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with keen interest in providing helpful support to our client.Main responsibilities:Create and edit various documents, such as reports, letters, contracts, presentations, etc.Format and proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.Organize and maintain important documents and records.Input data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.Manage social media and content creationRespond emails and phone callsProvide administrative support to the department, as needed.Assist with projects and tasks as assigned.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Requirements and skills:Excellent English comprehension – written and verbal1 year of experience as an admin assistant or similar rolesStrategic and analytical thinking skillsOrganizedTask Management skillsProblem SolvingExcellent communications skillsExperience with office management software.We offer:Opportunity to work within a US Business CultureLaw Benefits (El Salvador)40-hour shift per weekGreat work environmentWeekends offAttractive salary
