A recruiter is responsible for managing candidates from various sources (Internal and external), verifying their evaluations, and conducting competency-based interviews to ensure that the best candidates are hired for every specific opening. The Recruiter will work closely and collaboratively with department managers, providing daily updates on each requisition ́s progress, challenges, and risks.
