With operations in over 40 regulated markets and a strong presence across 7 countries, Vortech is ideally positioned to capitalize on emerging opportunities in digital gaming.Key responsibilities:Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to the Business Unit Head, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritizationManage day-to-day business operations, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution across teamsPrepare, review, and format reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and documents for internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate communication on behalf of the Business Unit Head, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and prompt responsesOrganize business travel arrangements, logistics, itineraries, and expense reportingSupport internal meetings, workshops, team events, and cross-department initiativesAssist in tracking project progress, deliverables, and deadlines, escalating issues where necessaryMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretionBuild strong working relationships with internal teams and regional/global counterpartsPerform additional duties and assignments as required by the Business Unit Head.Required qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field4+ years of experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar senior-support roleExcellent written and spoken English with strong business communication skillsProven experience supporting C-level or senior leadership in a fast-paced corporate environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlinesProactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindsetHigh degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountabilityStrong command of MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with project management tools is a plusAbility to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.-----------------Working location: Bangkok, Thailand
