The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex schedules and confidential matters with professionalism and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Director, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.Serve as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information at all times.Coordinate and follow up on key projects, ensuring timely execution of priorities.Support the Director in reviewing business operations-related documents.Manage office systems, filing, and document control to ensure smooth operations.Liaise with senior leadership, clients, and external partners on behalf of the Director.Assist with event planning, business meetings, and site visits as required.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in executive or secretarial roles, preferably supporting top management in real estate, architecture, or related industries.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and time management abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
