Dagen is recruiting an Executive Assistant for an independent family-owned financial planning firm in the Galleria area. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities: Calendar and schedule management: coordinate calendars client meetings, internal reviews, and firm events; manage travel arrangements as neededClient follow-up and service delivery: liaise with clients on routine inquiries, action items, and follow-ups; ensure responsive and professional communication on behalf of the advisors. Paperwork and documentation: prepare and review client correspondence, onboarding documents, account opening packets, and other regulatory or internal forms; ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Account updates:
assist with updating client records, profile changes, contact information, beneficiary designations, and other account-related updates. Money movement support. Compliance and governance support: maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with firm policies. Administrative support: manage onboarding/onshore/offshore schedules, expenseQualifications: 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in wealth management, financial services, or professional services. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor and high level of client service.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Must be willing to sit for Series 7. Problem-solving mindset, proactive approach, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
