The RoleA State Government agency is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and governance support to a senior leadership committee. This is an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension, offering a hybrid work environment. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and prepare agendas, meeting papers, and minutes for weekly executive leadership meetings. Maintain action item, resolution, and attendance registers. Liaise with Executive Assistants and senior leaders to support seamless governance and meeting coordination. Manage a forward meeting calendar, booking logistics, and document uploads to the internal portal. Provide administrative support to the committee chair and broader executive as required.
About YouProven experience supporting executive teams or governance committees within government or complex organisations. Strong minute-taking, document coordination, and stakeholder liaison skills.
