Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: StrategicDealer warranty operation level-up activities towards dealer self-reliant.Warranty reduction through strategic cost and case initiatives.Departmental process automation to promote and enhance work speed and accuracy.Warranty provision enhancement via analytics and prudent risk management.OperationalDealer warranty claims verification (speed and accuracy).Warranty documentation and failed part confirmation (claim authenticity).Data analysis and management report preparation.Provision review towards audit compliance.Technical and warranty system enhancement.Dealer warranty communication preparation.RESPONSIBILITIES:Verify dealer warranty claims and conduct remote and on-site documentation and confirmation of failed parts.Conduct warranty operation training and briefings for new and existing dealers, while also providing guidance and clarifications to their inquiries.Plan and execute warranty reduction activities based on critical analytics using warranty data, with monthly progress report.Enhance, deploy and up-keep divisional key system.Conduct quarterly review on Extended Warranty Program (EWP) provision in accordance with audit requirements.Prepare monthly management reports: Performance Report, Executive Summary, Dealer Ranks, Dealers Payment.Engage principal (TMC/TDEM) on regional warranty operation requirements and activities.Prepare and carry out principal (TMC/TDEM) Warranty Survey and Warranty Operation Audit.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor of Automotive/Mechanical/Business Administration or related fields.Work experience related to warranty management will be added advantage.Knowledgeable on vehicle operation and components functionalityStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Creative and innovative in streamlining detail and complex processes.Good Microsoft office proficiency – Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook.Good command of spoken & written English.
