Support Health Solution broking processes for the Broking Team. Manage a range of more complex fee based and revenue accountsAon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeRequest for renewal terms and documents from insurersReview the renewals terms and be able to analyse claims dataWork with Account Management team (AM) to review renewal options for pre and post renewal client’s meetingConduct Request For Proposals (RFPs)Set up The Benefits System (TBS) for renewal and RFP roundsSet up Scoring Criteria/Objectives in TBSReview and negotiate all terms with carriersPrepare renewal reports / PowerPoint slides (including Renewal Summary Report) for clients meetingsEnsure all renewals are confirmed and risks are placed timely with carriersPrint email correspondences between Aon and carriers eg. placements, renewal instructions etc.Ensure accounts are updated timely in Greater Insights system (within 30 days from date of expiry) [only applicable to Global Benefits Management (GBM) accounts]Ensure all documents and invoices are received timelyCheck policy contracts and endorsements and assist Admin on invoices’ clarificationsEnsure accuracy on Monthly Forecast (Finance) files and timely submission of the files by the stipulated timelineDevelop and maintain excellent carrier relationshipsSkills And Experience That Will Lead To SuccessDegree from a recognised university, plus minimum regulatory requirements for registration as Broking and FA rep with MAS.Strong broking operation experience, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills requiredPrevious experience in broking, working with clients, and product knowledge is required.Strong leadership skills required as well as the ability to work well with senior and junior colleagues, and maintain insurer relationships.Self-disciplined and organisedGood skills on MS systems including Word, Excel, Powerpoint requiredStrong computer skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc knowledge requiredGood analytical skillsPrevious experience in insurance broking, working with clients, and strong product knowledgeGood interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to prioritise and handle multiple tasksAbility to work independently and as a teamHow We Support Our ColleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
