Executive | Business Analyst

JOB SUMMARYAs a Business Analyst, the role is essential for bridging stakeholders and the development team, ensuring user needs are met through effective communication and strategic planning. Responsibilities include leading the understanding of KWSP, overseeing Agile Scrum duties, gathering and analyzing product requirements, and oversee the Development Team, Digital Testing Team, Scrum Team, and Subject Matter Experts. The Business Analyst also leads the preparation of requirement documentation for digital products and utilizes Agile Methodology to strategize and fulfill tasks.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESHead User Story development sessions, leading Agile initiatives such as Product Discovery.Lead stakeholders in defining and understanding user requirements and functionalities across EPF's digital channels, including Mobile Apps and Web Portals.Strategize with the Product Owner to prioritize the Product Backlog based on stakeholder assessments and feedback.Test Lead for the Digital Testing Team to ensure compliance with established requirements, guiding Agile ceremonies to foster productive discussions and team engagement.Direct and participate in other Agile activities, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.Guide the Scrum team in defining requirements and crafting clear Acceptance Criteria.JOB REQUIREMENTSMalaysian citizenPassed the Malaysian Language (including passing the Oral Test) at the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia level or a qualification recognized as equivalent by the governmentA Bachelor's degree with honors in Computer Science or a recognized equivalent qualification in a related field approved by the government.At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.Experience in projects involving digital channels.Additional qualifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or related agile methodologies.In-depth understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience working with Scrum teams in digital product development.Experience in identifying user requirements, managing the product backlog, and translating business requirements into clear, actionable technical user stories.JOB STATUSPermanent/ContractAll applications are strictly CONFIDENTIAL and only shortlisted candidates will be called in for interview.
